Brunch is a pretty great meal. "Splendid" is the term I think our host this weekend would have used. The best of breakfast and lunch. This one was no let down:

It's times like these, surrounded by friends with little ones running in and out, great food and a warm fire, that suddenly this foreign place you've moved to really feels like home, not just a place you are living.
