I don't own one, but they look travel friendly indeed. I think I would miss the feel of the paper with these. And I guess one thing I can't do with these is to exchange.
We just moved to Taiwan and are planning to settle in Taichung as well. The kindles are the first thing we bought in preparation for the trip! The only "real" books we brought were English grammar and TOEIC.
